I started this newsletter a year ago, with the intention to drop by fortnightly with tips and tricks to support you with your business numbers as you negotiate life as a freelancer/self-employed business owner.

But after a turbulent end to 2023 and in hindsight probably a little burnout, I admit my focus in 2024 become about me and my health. ​
​​
As a passionate people pleaser I tried to be there and do all for everyone, and along the way I forgot myself so throughout the year I've done ALOT of soul-searching and finding my path for 2025 & beyond.

I truly thank you for being here and hope you stay with me, as that's my vision and commitment to you - the freelancer, solo business owner, as you juggle the numbers, the family and the household chores.​

What does the future hold? ​
I'm a proud believer of honesty, truth and transparency and therefore my service offerings are changing a little and are designed but allow me to work less, allowing myself to take time for me - while still being able to offer you the maximum support.
I'll expand further in a future note but support will be available in three formats;

• 1-2-1 Mentoring / Bookkeeping support, a 3 month program designed to assist you with tailored support with your accounting systems, process and money management so that you can keep up to date with real time information to make those all important decisions that help you to capture your dream life. (I'll only be taking on one client per 3month period)
• Group Mentoring / Bookkeeping support, a cohort group program for 3 months giving you support with your systems, process and money management, as above but less tailored & individual. (A maximum of 6 people per cohort)
• PAYG Mentoring / Bookkeeping support, in the form of Support hours or Finance Manager for a day. To help you solve individual issues to support your DIY bookkeeping & money management.

3 Things from this month/year:

👂 Listening ... to my body, making sure I give myself space to be!

👀 Waiting ... Peter Kay after a two year wait (yep! tickets purchased in 2022!) we finally got to see him in all his glory, live and onstage at the O2 at the start of December. Large venue, high seats but so worth the wait.

🏕️ ''Carry On Camping'' ... ''Sophia'' the campervan has rolled 5/6 times including Lincolnshire, the New Forest and Cambridgeshire. 2025 plans are in progress!
