It's been a couple of months since I last popped into your inbox, apologies for the radio silence but I admit I needed to pause and reset and Christmas seemed the ideal opportunity to just Stop!

I hope you had an enjoyable break, and the January as started well for you and your business.

Which brings me to my main reason for dropping by this week ... with January comes the Self Assessment (Income Tax) Deadline Day. Yep! if the email genie has worked as you read this on Weds 24th there is just one week to go.

⏳ if you've not yet filed your return they 2022/2023 tax year or paid your tax bill, then please remember that this a deadline not a target, in order to avoid any penalty fees you must both submit and pay before the end of the day on the 31st January 2024.

⌛ if you have filed your return but are panicking about being able to pay, contact the HMRC today make a 'time to pay' arrangement (use the link below)

📺 Watching ... Reacher (on Prime) as a fan of Lee Child and is Reacher books (yes I know they can be a bit similar in terms of basic plot but I love to follow the adventures. I do have a habit of trying to remember the book and forgetting to actually watch what's happening on screen! .. but guess that's the problem with being a reader first.

📖 Reading ... a Christmas prezzie and Autobiography of Matthew Perry - it was on my To Buy list for most of last year but with his sad passing towards the end of last year it moved it to the top of the list. I'm only one chapter in and can already feel his honesty.
